Time... that eternal mind-boggler

Sometimes we just don't have enough of it, others we have no idea what to do with it. Sundays are, without a doubt, best for closing the door on the outside world and relaxing in one's own company or that of selected others. Lately, I've found that weekends are not usually long enough to really overcome the working week and let go of the trials, tribulations etc. of what we have experienced in those five days. However, let's just be grateful that we can take time off - there are others, sadly, who are not as lucky as a lot of us with such and advantage or choice.

Remember - someone else may be better off than you in life, but there are also others less fortunate than you. Keep that in mind for those moments when you're feeling down, defeated, or even afraid.

Hi again, how's everyone doing? As I'm a bit of an 'ideaowlist', I thought I'd take a moment to remind you that we often seem to forget that there are good things constantly happening out there, and ways that we can help too. It's time to bring them out of the shadows.

Hey everyone, how's it going?
